Summary:
RF Fisher was awarded our electrical services contract through competitive solicitation in 2018. In the month of September 2019 RF Fisher dissolved its company. Staco Electric Construction Company brought onboard many of RF Fisher’s electricians who were familiar with the City’s facilities. Staco Electric Construction Company agreed to maintain the City’s current pricing until 2022 and utilize the cooperative agreement through Jackson County.
Staff recommends award of contract to Staco Electric Construction Company through August 19, 2022.

Estimated annual expenditure is $80,000 to be funded by individual department budgets.
