Summary:
On November 19th, a report regarding updates to the City’s IRB, TIF, CID, and TDD policies was shared with the City Council. In addition, a draft ordinance amending the Olathe Municipal Code (OMC) Section 2.82.130 was included in the report.
Two technical changes are being made to OMC Section 2.82.130. This section deals with the public art payments that are made as part of applications for incentives.
The ordinance simply clarifies the requirements for the developers. No substantive changes are being made to the public art program.
