Summary:
In 2004, TranSystems prepared a concept to elevate the railroad tracks on the west side of Olathe. In 2019, the City of Olathe worked with TranSystems to reexamine their concept and to look at other alternatives.
This presentation will provide information on 14 alternatives that were examined. These alternatives range from raising the entire railroad through west Olathe to options that separate individual crossings.

After the presentation, Council will be asked to conduct a dot poll to help staff identify options to further examine for the upcoming Capital Improvement Plan process.
