Summary:
This contract currently provides concrete installation and repair services as needed and as requested for various improvement projects Citywide.
In 2017 this contract was competitively bid and awarded to Phoenix Concrete & Underground, LLC. Our departments have been satisfied with the services that have been provided by the vendor and wish to continue their relationship with the company.
Staff recommends renewal of contract through May 31, 2022.
Annual spend over the past three years has been approximately $300,000 per year.
Phoenix Concrete & Underground, LLC is an Olathe vendor.

Financial Impact:
Estimated annual expenditures of $330,000 will be funded through the respective Parks & Recreation, Public Works and Facility Maintenance Facility Improvement Project (FIP) funds.
