Report on the authorization of the annual Capital Improvement Plan Projects..

Summary:
The approved 2021-2025 Capital Improvement Plan (CIP) included the following annual projects:
ATMS Replacement and Repair, PN 3-C-037-XX
Miscellaneous ADA Sidewalk Repair and Replacement, PN 3-C-093-XX
Sidewalk Construction, PN 3-C-072-XX
Streetlight LED Conversion, PN 3-C-009-XX
Structures Repair, PN 3-G-000-XX
Traffic Signals, PN 3-TS-000-XX
Digital Network Reliability, PN 7-C-006-XX
These projects are needed to preserve, maintain and expand infrastructure throughout the City. CIP sheets for each of these projects are included as Attachment A and the Description for each provides a summary of the work to be completed for the project. Staff will return to Council on January 19th to request approval to authorize each of the projects.

Financial Impact:
These projects are funded with general obligation bonds.
