Summary:
The City of Olathe competitively bid psychological services for the Fire Department. One proposal was received. The Fire Department has had a long-standing relationship with Forensic Psychology Associates, Inc for the requested services and feel comfortable awarding to them based off of qualification, experience, and cost.
This contract will be used for new hire evaluations, PEER Support training and comprehensive evaluations for wellbeing of our staff.
Staff recommends a five (5) year contract through December 31, 2025 with annual performance review for psychological services with Forensic Psychology Associates, Inc.
