Summary:

This a request for the acceptance of land for public easements and dedication of right-of-way for a final plat of Bach Homes, First Plat. The final plat establishes lot lines for three (3) lots and three (3) common tracts for the Bach Homes mixed-use development.

 

Several easements including utility easements, waterline easements, and drainage easements will be dedicated with this final plat. Additional public street right-of-way for W. 127th Street will be dedicated for the required turn lane improvements to support the development. All other public right-of-way has already been dedicated through previous plats.

Action Needed:

1.                     Accept the dedication of land for public easements and public street right-of-way for the Bach Homes, First Plat (FP20-0025).

2.                     Reject the dedication of land for public easements and public street right-of-way and return the plat to the Planning Commission for further consideration with a statement specifying the basis for the Governing Body’s failure to accept the dedication.
