Summary:

This final plat application is to establish six (6) common tracts of land intended for future multifamily development and to dedicate public easements and right-of-way within the development.

Several easements including utility easements, landscape easements, and drainage easements will be dedicated with this final plat. Right-of-way for roadways within the subdivision will also be dedicated. Each multifamily unit will have driveway access to Noreston Street, Prairie Creek Road or 126th Terrace within the development.

Action Needed:

1. Accept the dedication of land for public easements and public street right-of-way for the Final Plat of Parkview Townhomes, 3rd Plat (FP20-0026).

2. Reject the dedication of land for public easements and public street right-of-way for the Final Plat of Parkview Townhomes, 3rd Plat (FP20-0026) and return the plat to the Planning Commission for further consideration with a statement specifying the basis for the Governing Body’s failure to accept the dedication.
