Summary:
On December 18, 2020, twelve (12) bids were received and opened for the above referenced project. The bids ranged from $169,525.95 to $304,530.00 with the Engineer’s Estimate at $216,765.00. J. Richardson Construction submitted the low and responsible bid in the amount of $169,525.95. The following is a tabulation of the bids received:

This project will replace existing brick curb inlets with new concrete structures and replace existing storm sewer street crossings that have deficient corrugated metal pipe with new reinforced concrete pipe.
This project has received Johnson County SMAC Program funds which will provide for 50% of construction costs up to a maximum of $250,000.
Construction is tentatively scheduled to begin in Spring 2021 with completion in Summer 2021.
