The Police and Fire Departments will continuously purchase Harris radios for coordinated communications to maintain functionality for critical, life-safety operations.
Staff recommends award of the contract to KA-COMM, Inc for three (3) years, expiring February 2024. The KA-COMM contract is for the purchase of equipment and system engineering and support for the Harris equipment.
