Summary:

This a request for the acceptance of land for public easements and dedication of right-of-way for a final plat of The Highlands at Cedar Creek. The final plat establishes lot lines for fourteen (14) lots and nine (9) tracts for twenty-eight (28) attached villa units. 

 

Several easements including utility easements, drainage easements and landscape easements will be dedicated with this final plat. Public street right-of-way will be dedicated for the neighborhood streets extending from W. Valley Parkway. All other public right-of-way has already been dedicated through previous plats.

Action Needed:

1.                     Accept the dedication of land for public easements and public street right-of-way for The Highlands at Cedar Creek final plat (FP21-0002).

2.                     Reject the dedication of land for public easements and public street right-of-way and return the plat to the Planning Commission for further consideration with a statement specifying the basis for the Governing Body’s failure to accept the dedication.
