Summary:
This final plat application is to establish lot lines for 25 residential lots and dedicate land for public street right-of-way and drainage, public utility, sanitary sewer, and utility easements. The rezoning of the property to the R-1 District and a preliminary plat was approved in August 2005 (RZ05-0030) and this final plat is consistent with the preliminary plat.
This plat is subject to a street excise tax of $0.215 per square foot of land and final plats in single-family zoning districts are subject to a traffic signal excise tax of $0.0037 per square foot of land. The required excise taxes must be submitted to the Planning Division prior to recording the final plat.
