Request for the acceptance of the dedication of land for public easements for a final plat of Courts at Stonebridge, Second Plat (FP21-0011) containing four (4) tracts on approximately 9.29 acres; located south of 167th Street just east of Mur-Len Road. Planning Commission approved the plat 5 to 0.

Summary:
This final plat application is to establish lot lines for four (4) tracts and to dedicate land for public street right-of-way and utility, drainage, sanitary sewer, landscape, and tree preservation easements. The subject property was rezoned to the R-3 District in April 2020. This final plat is consistent with the preliminary plan that accompanied the 2021 rezoning.
This plat is subject to a street excise tax of $0.215 per net square foot of land. Final plats in multi-family zoning districts are subject to a traffic signal excise tax of $0.0120 per square foot of land. The required excise taxes will be submitted to the Planning Division prior to recording the final plat.
