Item Description:
Consideration of an easement conveyance from the City of Olathe to Evergy Metro, Inc. for the Fire Station #8 Project, PN 6-C-009-18.

Summary:
This project required Evergy Metro, Inc. (Evergy) to extend underground power from their pole in the street right of way to the new transformer for the new Fire Station 8 building. This easement covers the route of the buried cable between their pole and the transformer on City property.
The utility work has been completed and is now required to be placed in a permanent easement.
