Request for the acceptance of the dedication of land for public right-of-way for a final plat of Evergreen Grove (FP21-0015) containing one (1) lot on 1.31 acres; located along the south side of 143rd Street just east Red Bird Street. Planning Commission approved the plat 5 to 0.

Summary:
This final plat application is to establish lot lines for one (1) lot and dedicate public right-of-way for 143rd Street. This final plat is required to accommodate the future construction of one (1) single-family home. The subject property was annexed in January 1990 and was rezoned to the R-1 District in April 1990. This final plat meets all UDO requirements
This plat is subject to a street excise tax of $0.215 per net square foot of land. Final plats in single-family zoning districts are subject to a traffic signal excise tax of $0.0037 per square foot of land. The required excise taxes will be submitted to the Planning Division prior to recording the final plat.
