Summary:
Council last approved these contracts at the May 19, 2020 meeting; CA-M
Chemicals used for the City’s water treatment are specialty products specific to the treatment process and are required to comply with National Sanitation Foundation (NSF), Underwriters Laboratories (UL), American Wastewater Association (AWWA), federal, state, and local regulations.
This is renewal number two (2) of a five-year contract. Two (2) additional one (1) year renewal periods are available.

$1,400,000.00. Expenditures will be charged to the chemical accounts of Water Production and Wastewater Treatment.
