Summary:
In February 2021, Council approved a contract with MMP Business Associates dba Armor Equipment for the replacement of compressed natural gas (CNG) front loaders.
These trucks are used in the daily collection of solid waste.
The City anticipates replacing four units over the two-year contract term.
Staff recommends renewal of this contract for a two-year term, with no additional options for renewal.

Financial Impact:
Expenditures are anticipated to be 1,867,000.00 per year for two years. The units will be paid from the Vehicle Equipment Replacement Fund.
