Summary:
Workday People Analytics is a module within the Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) suite that is designed to leverage data and analytics to provide organizations with valuable insights into their workforce. The primary goal of Workday People Analytics is to help organizations make informed and strategic decisions related to their people and talent. This added functionality will more efficiently equip staff to track and measure progress toward the City’s 2040 goals related to Quality City Workforce and Innovation and Collaboration.

Financial Impact:
The 7-year annual costs agreed upon in the contract are (with no additional services):
• 2024: $121,964
• 2025: $121,964
• 2026: $121,964
• 2027: $121,964
• 2028: $121,964
• 2029: $121,964
• 2030: $121,968
The initial investment was approved in the 2024 budget allocation for Workday, and ongoing costs will be included in the General Fund. Total contract cost is $853,752.
