Summary:
This is a request to accept the dedication of land for a public access easement for the replat of Millcreek Center II, Fourth Plat. The final plat establishes lot lines for one (1) lot and two (2) tracts with an access easement (A/E) for Tommy’s Carwash. The final plat is required to dedicate a stormwater detention tract consistent with the approved plans for the carwash facility.
This plat dedicates a new 10-foot-wide access easement (A/E) for maintenance of Tract B which contains a stormwater detention basin. No additional right-of-way is being dedicated with this final plat.

Action Needed:
1. Accept the dedication of land for a public access easement for the final plat of Millcreek Center II, Fourth Plat (FP23-0032) (majority vote of the Councilmembers present required).
2. Reject the dedication of land for a public access easement and return the plat to the Planning Commission for further consideration with a statement specifying the basis for the Governing Body’s failure to accept the dedication (majority vote of the Councilmembers present required).
