Consideration of renewal of contract to CDW Government for Adobe licenses for City Staff.

Summary:
In 2020, the City entered into a contract for Adobe licenses with CDW Government. The City has 302 licenses that are used daily by staff to create, edit, share, and sign digital documents.
City staff recommends renewal of contract with CDW Government.
City staff is currently working with CDW to finalize the terms of the license renewal and we expect the finalized contract to match the attached Attachment A.
