Summary:
Mr. Boisvert will present an overview of the 2024 property revaluation report and be available to answer questions. Below are a few highlights:
• Olathe’s average appraised value for all residential properties (new and existing) increased 7.43%.
• The average appraised value for new and existing single-family homes increased 6.83%.
• The total appraised value for commercial and industrial in Olathe increased 12.52%.
• The total appraised value for all property in Olathe (including commercial and residential combined) increased 8.9%, with the total taxable value increasing 8.97%.
