Summary:
Since 2019, Sir Speedy has provided the City with discounted pricing on business card and quick printing services. Sir Speedy is contracted to deliver all items free of delivery charge within an optimal time frame of 24-48 hours.
Staff recommends merging the contracts for business card and quick printing services into a singular contract and the renewal of this contract for one (1) year. This is the final renewal available for this contract.

The yearly estimated annual expenditures citywide are $80,000 and are anticipated in various operating budgets throughout the City.
