Summary:
On February 20, 2024, one (1) bid was received and opened for the above referenced project. Wiedenmann, Inc. submitted the low and responsible bid in the amount of $629,985.00. The Engineer’s Estimate was $708,065.00. The following is a tabulation of the bids received:

This project will include the replacement of approximately 1,100 linear feet and lining of approximately 900 linear feet of sanitary sewer pipes that have reached the end of their useful life. These improvements will reduce the risk of sanitary sewer overflows and sewer backups into residents’ homes in the Indian Creek basin.
Construction is tentatively scheduled to begin in Spring 2024 and tentatively scheduled to be completed in Summer 2024.
