Summary:
Since 2019, the City of Olathe Fire Department has purchased pre-hospital medical equipment and software from ZOLL Medical Corporation (ZOLL). ZOLL has been identified as the standard provider among all Johnson County Fire and EMS departments for pre-hospital equipment and supplies. ZOLL has offered the City’s Fire Department discounted pricing, ranging up to 30% off, on all supplies and equipment.
To ensure the City’s fire department’s procedures remain consistent with all other Johnson County Fire and EMS departments, staff recommends contract renewal with ZOLL for 5 years.
